RECIPES FOR CHICKEN

 Fricassee chicken, a simple and quick recipe .

A simple and easy-to-prepare recipe that the whole family will enjoy.


Equipment:

Pan

Material :

  • 1 chicken cut into pieces
  • 1 medium onion
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • what salt
  • what about parsley
  • 2 a lemon juice
  • 2 eggs only the yolks



Instructions :

In a saucepan, chop the onion, garlic and sauté with olive oil.

Break the chicken into pieces and place them in the pan, let the chicken cook a little and add the wine, then pour in a little water.

When cooked, set aside to cool.

In a separate bowl, beat the lemon juice with the egg yolks and chopped parsley and mix with the chicken and let it cook a little longer to cook the egg but without letting it boil.

This recipe can be served with white rice.
